About Let's "B" Social

Let's "B" Social is a specialized social skills group designed to empower children aged 8-17 (school-aged children) with autism and special needs. Our program is dedicated to fostering positive social interactions, personal growth, and building lasting friendships. We provide a safe and supportive environment for your child to develop essential social skills with guidance from our trained special education teachers and staff.

What We Offer:

• Four Interactive Sessions: "Let's 'B' Social" hosts four engaging sessions on Saturdays. These sessions are carefully structured to enhance social skills and promote a sense of belonging.

• Peer Interaction: We understand the importance of socialization. Our group settings offer your child the opportunity to interact and practice social skills with peers who share similar experiences.

• Guidance from Experts: Our sessions are led by trained special education teachers and staff who are experienced in working with children with autism and special needs. Their expertise ensures that your child receives the support and guidance they need to thrive socially.

 

What Skills Are Practiced:

At "Let's 'B' Social," your child will have the opportunity to work on a range of essential social skills, including:

• Making conversations

• Taking turns

• Sharing

• Compromising

• Cooperating with others

• Navigating everyday social situations

 

Registration Details:

To ensure that we can provide the best experience for your child, registration is required for participation. As a part of our commitment to your child's well-being, we will be providing breakfast and lunch during the sessions.

Join Us:

We invite you and your child to join our "Let's 'B' Social" community, where we focus on the importance of building social skills while having fun and making friends. Together, we can create a supportive and inclusive environment where your child can thrive.

 

The program will be open to two groups:

​

Group #1 - Youth 13 to 17 years old

Group #2 - Youth 8 to 12 years old

​

The Let's "B" Social Program will provide 5 sessions provided with workshops (weekly/biweekly) from 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM at NO COST.
